Discovery Call
We call you (or WhatsApp, your pick) to understand the job properly: goals, constraints, access, timing. This is where bad surprises get caught early.
Site Visit
We walk the property, usually with the crew we have in mind, so the scope is real, measured, and photographed. No quote built on guesses.
Quote
You get one clear quote from us, built on vetted bids from crews we trust. No auction spam, no five strangers calling you. Questions? It's all in your chat.
Deposit
A deposit locks in your crew and start date. It's the green light that puts your project on the calendar and materials in motion.
Job Underway
Work starts. The crew posts progress updates and photos in the app, we keep them on schedule, and you can check in from anywhere, even another country.
Job Completed
Final walkthrough together. We close the project out only when it's done right, and the whole history stays in your dashboard for next time.

No. Posting a project and getting a quote is free. You only ever pay the quote you approve.
Who actually does the work?+
Vetted, local crews from the Trabajo network, people whose past work we know and stand behind. Every project has one accountable point of contact: us.
What kinds of jobs can I post?+
Anything around a property on the Nicoya Peninsula: solar and power, water systems, construction and renovations, interiors, security, maintenance, logistics, even permitting and property management.
I'm not in Costa Rica right now. Does that matter?+
Not at all, that's exactly what the dashboard is for. Progress photos, updates, and chat all happen in the app, on your time zone.
How fast will I hear back?+
